📋 Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid motorcycle driving license (CNIC with motorcycle endorsement)
- Own motorcycle in good working condition (70cc or above preferred)
- Age: 18-45 years
- Smartphone with internet connection (Android preferred)
- Basic knowledge of city routes and navigation
- Good communication skills in Urdu/local language
Preferred Skills:
- Previous delivery or riding experience
- Familiarity with GPS/Google Maps
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in different weather conditions

🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages/food/documents to customers on time
- Ensure safe handling of all items during transport
- Maintain professional behavior with customers
- Follow traffic rules and company safety protocols
- Update delivery status through mobile app
- Collect payments when required (COD orders)
- Report any issues or delays immediately to supervisor
- Keep motorcycle clean and well-maintained
⏰ Working Hours
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Part-time slots: 4-6 hours daily (flexible timing)
